He sent him the sum of 5 thousand naira and because of the network issues at that time El more tried the mobile transfer three times, and at he point he received a debt alert of 15k, which means the mobile transfer was successful three times.
El more messaged the guy to return the remaining 10 thousand but he wasn't replying any of El more's messages. This led El more to make a post on his Facebook with so much anger.
