Miss Tudun Wada 2020 wins Miss Popularity Nigeria 2020:
Her Majesty, Miss Kyenret Brightness Daben, the Miss Tudun Wada 2020 has just been declared winner of Miss Popularity Nigeria 2020 in a contest that lasted exactly 1 month after beating 12 other candidates across the nation via electronic Voting, Facebook Votes and Instagram Votes.
Miss Popularity Nigeria 2020 is an online Photo Contest organized by Ondo based Splendid Modeling Agency where Kyenret is bringing home a huge instant cash prize, 1 yr modeling contract and endorsement deals. This win is a high point of her reign as Miss Tudun Wada within 4 Months.
Since her crowning on February 16th at Lamonde Hotel, Apollo Crescent, Tudun Wada GRA after a very competitive Pageant organized by the Tudun Wada Youth Forum (TWYF) for the 2nd time, Kyenret has been working very hard. Exactly 1 week after her crowning, she was among top AfriCulFash models that featured on Dantala's Ndengdeng Music Unveiling tagged: The Rebirth of the Sounds & Legend - Embrace Plateau.
Kyenret has been on Radio twice (Jay FM & Rit Online Radio), done two social media awareness on COVID-19 (Stay Safe & Mask-Up T'Wad), infact, Mask-Up T'Wad narrowly lost after the nomination stage of Plateau Social Media Awards (PSMA) 2020 for Best Social Media Campaign. Kyenret has pledged full support to the Tudun Wada Community Library (TWCL) Project Jos, among a few other philanthropic gestures. At the moment, she has formally presented to the Central Leader of Tudun Wada, Mr Mwanret Kefas Dagin aka Senzy, the proposal for the Miss Tudun Wada 2020 Response to Drugs & related Crimes for Tudun Wada Community of Jos North LGA which will feature a 2 Day Sensitization on Drugs, Drugs Prevention, Treatment & Care (DPTC) for Tudun Wada Youths & Secondary School Students.
This is the 1st time that a reigning Miss Tudun Wada is successfully winning a higher crown and this move no doubt will increase her social capital, influence and give her a bigger platform to continue with her advocacies and humanitarian activities beyond the Tudun Wada Jos Community level, and taking the name of Tudun Wada to the national level in the area of Beauty Pageantry.
Kyenret is a 21yr old Student of Banking & Finance from KadPoly. She is a vocalist in a gospel band group (COCIN Youth Fellowship Mado, Tudun Wada) and a Drummer. She has a natural flair for modeling. Kyenret is also a Beautician with specialization in Hairstyling, Manicures & Pedicures.
