The Plateau State Chapter of the Performing Musicians Employers' Association of Nigeria (PMAN) is set to launch an online radio station dedicated to promoting musicians and creatives across the state.
Announcing the initiative, Plateau PMAN Governor, Gabriel Hodus, popularly known as Elmore, said the platform will provide free airplay for songs by registered members, while also offering free promotion for members' events, creative projects and advertisements.
According to Elmore, the online radio station is designed to give Plateau artists greater visibility, connect them with wider audiences and strengthen the state's growing creative industry.
"Are you ready for the Plateau PMAN Radio? Where songs of members will be played for free, where events of members will be promoted for free, and promotions of all creatives and adverts of members for free. Let the music play," he said.
The initiative underscores PMAN Plateau's commitment to supporting local talent and creating more opportunities for exposure, collaboration and growth within Plateau's entertainment ecosystem.
